Transfer (Pick up From Point A and Drop off at Point B)

Note:

  • Transfer is defined as a pickup (point A) to a drop-off (point B), not to exceed one hour (60 minutes)
  • Only one additional stop will be allowed pending approval from Dispatch. An additional stop request by Client not coordinated ahead of time when booking trip with Dispatch may not be able to be honored. 
  • If an additional stop is approved, initial Transfer extends from one hour (60 minutes) from pick up to drop off to one hour and thirty minutes (90 minutes) and is billed at Transfer Rate * 1.5 hours.
  • Time spent at an additional stop is not capped, but final drop-off must occur by the 90-minute mark from initial pick-up to final drop-off.
  • If final drop-off is not made by the 90-minute mark due to the Client not returning to the vehicle from the additional stop added, leaving enough time to get to final drop-off, the Client is billed at a 3-hour Charter Rate. Extension of service to the 3-hour mark is not guaranteed and must be approved by Dispatch.

Charter (Driver Stays With Vehicle for Duration of Trip- Hourly Minimums Apply)
