Transfer (Pick up From Point A and Drop off at Point B)

Note: Transfer is based on one hour of service. Exceeding this one hour will result in an additional hourly Transfer charge. Additional Stop on a Transfer = $50.00 and must be requested and approved ahead of the trip date.

Charter (Driver Stays With Vehicle for Duration of Trip- Hourly Minimums Apply)

Wedding

Fill out this short form and a Nicoll's Limousine & Shuttle Service representative will contact you to provide you with a quote.


Wedding Transportation is comprised of 2.5 Hours and Typically Involves:

First pick up location is from the hotel/residence and transport/drop off to the church. Drivers/vehicles wait outside the church during the wedding.


After the wedding ends, parties will be transported to the reception venue. Once parties are dropped off at the reception venue, transportation ends.


Use the Additional Itinerary Information/Comments section at the bottom of this form to detail any additional transportation logistics involved with this 2.5-hour process. (Example: If the bride and the father of the bride are requesting a separate vehicle to be transported from the hotel to the church, and the bride & groom are using this vehicle to be transported from the church to the reception venue).


Please note: If additional transportation (see examples below) is needed for the rehearsal dinner, during the reception, or post-reception, please also complete the Transfer or Charter Quote Form and reference the wedding party in the Additional Itinerary Information/Comments section at the bottom of those forms.

Examples:

  • Shuttles to remain at reception after initial drop off and available to transport guests throughout reception and post-reception would be a Charter.
  • Shuttles to come back post-reception to transport guests back to the hotel would be a Transfer.
  • “Wedding Get Away Vehicle” post-reception to transport the bride and groom to the hotel would be a Transfer.
